School safety preparation is at the core of my PhD qualitative research and professional experience. With over 20 years of earned wisdom in educational and pastoral leadership, coupled with an additional 11 years as a detective in law enforcement, I am committed to creating secure and thriving learning environments. My mission is to equip educators, administrators, and parents with practical, evidence-based strategies to address the challenges of a complex and often unpredictable world.
My doctoral research focuses on pre-violence indicators, providing actionable insights grounded in published academic literature. Drawing from a diverse background in counseling, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and youth mentoring, I have developed approaches that empower teachers and school leaders to foster safe and supportive learning spaces.
